I-Buyers are realty platforms that make the process of buying or selling your home as simple as a couple of clicks on the internet. Since their inception they have gained ground in the Real Estate market and can be found almost anywhere on the web. While I-Buyers have similarities with cash buyers, not all I-Buyer platforms are the same. Some still require closing fees and or realtor fees. Others require repairs to be made.
